The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for supporting Walt Disney Imagineering projects through effective warehouse operations, material control, logistics coordination, inventory management, and equipment handling. This team partners with project leadership, operations, safety, and legal teams to ensure materials, equipment, and project assets are received, stored, tracked, and distributed efficiently while supporting project schedules and business objectives.
You will report to the Supervisory – Warehouse.
This is a Full-Time role.
What You Will Do:
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment
- Serve as a point of contact for warehousing and material control activities for assigned projects and locations
- Coordinate warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, storage, and material movement activities
- Support project schedules by prioritizing and coordinating multiple material and logistics requests across projects
- Implement operational efficiencies and cost-saving strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Determine staffing schedules and workload priorities to support project deadlines and business needs
- Supervise movement, handling, storage, and off-loading of materials in accordance with safety requirements
- Coordinate with project leaders, operations teams, legal, and safety partners regarding warehouse activities
- Support assembly, installation, strike, and logistics activities as required for project execution
- Communicate warehouse issues, risks, and recommended solutions to leadership in a timely manner
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid driver’s license required
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment supporting multiple projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, set, and technical drawings
- Understanding of warehouse operations, shipping/receiving processes, and material handling practices
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with project teams, operations leaders, and business partners
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 65 pounds
- Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives and project requirements
- Ability to work in both conditioned office environments and non-conditioned warehouse, dock, and receiving areas
- Position frequently transitions between office and warehouse environments throughout the day
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and adjusted schedules as business needs require
- Must be able to balance priorities across multiple projects operating on different schedules and timelines
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Familiarity with Walt Disney Imagineering project processes and operational priorities
- Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory control processes
- Familiarity with LNAV or similar logistics and inventory tracking systems
- Experience coordinating leased labor or temporary staff in warehouse or installation environments
- Experience supporting construction, fabrication, theatrical, themed entertainment, or project-based environments
- Ability to identify and implement operational efficiency improvements and cost-saving opportunities
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

The hiring range for this position in Anaheim, CA is $54,000 - $72,300 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.Job Posting Segment:
