Responsibilities
- 2 years of professional experience in IT Service Management, Service Delivery, IT Operations, or a similar role.
- Ensure the operational management of IT services, maintaining high levels of service quality and continuity.
- Coordinate the resolution of incidents by working closely with internal teams and external service providers.
- Monitor and follow up on service requests, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Track and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs), identifying risks and supporting service performance improvements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Support the continuous improvement of IT services, processes, and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to maintaining a reliable, customer-focused, and high-performing IT service environment.
