What We’re Looking For in an Experienced Technician:
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs across a wide range of vehicles.
- Confidently handle brakes, suspension, tires, scheduled maintenance, engines, transmissions, and complex repair work.
- Use company-provided diagnostic equipment, scan tools, and software to accurately diagnose and service vehicles.
- (Autel and Snap-On equipment provided).
- Complete thorough digital vehicle inspections on a company-provided iPad at every visit.
- Communicate clearly with Service Advisors to support accurate estimates and repair recommendations.
- Work within TekMetric to document findings and recommendations.
- Support and lead less-experienced technicians by setting a strong example.
- Work collaboratively in a team-driven environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and properly use company-provided safety equipment.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work area.
- Adapt to change with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Commit to continuous learning and professional growth.
