Job Description:
This position involves advanced administrative responsibilities, including the preparation and analysis of more complex reports, compiling information from various sources, managing small-scale projects, and conducting analysis using various software packages. Additionally, general office duties include managing a general mailbox, word processing, data entry, auditing documents, answering phones, coordinating meetings, and other duties as assigned.

Work Location: 2900 Steeles Avenue West, Concord, ON L4K 3S2, Canada
Workdays: Monday through Friday (5 days a week)
Shift Start: 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM * (Flexibility with start and finish times required based on operational needs) *
Shift Duration: 8-hour shift
Wage: $18.15/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
Screen all incoming calls
Accurately enter data into UPS systems within specified deadlines
Attention to detail is required to ensure accurate reporting and system maintenance
Ability to collect, prepare, and complete complex reports using various software packages
Manage general office duties and other assigned tasks
Provide administrative support to the management team
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Accurate typing speed of 40+ words per minute
High School Diploma/GED
Strong proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to different systems
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong skills in analytical thinking, problem-solving, basic research, attention to detail, and time management
Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
Available to work 5 days per week
