Estrategia Comercial: Diseñar y ejecutar el plan de negocios digital, estableciendo objetivos de ventas y rentabilidad (ROI)
Gestión de Plataformas: Administrar la infraestructura tecnológica (CMS) de la tienda online
Marketing y Experiencia de Usuario: Coordinar campañas digitales, optimizar el catálogo, asegurar una navegación intuitiva y garantizar una experiencia de compra fluida
Logística y Operaciones: Supervisar la cadena de suministro, la gestión de inventario (stock) y coordinar con el área de envíos y atención al cliente.
Análisis de Datos: Monitorear indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs) como tráfico, tasa de conversión y ticket promedio para proponer mejoras continuas
