Associate Dentist – Established Practice
Alpharetta, GA | Full-Time
Start with a full schedule from Day 1 at a highly reputable Alpharetta practice. Established over 30 years ago, this office is seeking a full-time Associate Dentist to take over a busy schedule of existing patients.

Clinical & Production Expectations
- Team Structure: 2 dentists on-site daily supported by 3–4 hygiene columns.
- Skill Set: Proficiency in general restorative dentistry, straightforward surgical extractions, and implant restorations.
- Target Production: Initial capability to produce $60,000+/month out of the gate, with rapid ramp-up as you settle into the full schedule.
Compensation & Benefits
- Earning Potential: Earn the greater of a guaranteed base rate or 35% of collections.
- Benefits Package: Health insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and Continuing Education (CE) allowance.
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited U.S. dental school.
- Active Georgia Dental License (or eligible to obtain).
- Clinical experience preferred, with comfort managing a full schedule.
