Job Overview
Telesales Lead is responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for new telesales representatives at Sozo Skin. This role ensures new hires are equipped with the necessary product knowledge, sales techniques, and communication skills to achieve sales targets.
Your Day-to-Day
- Training & Onboarding: Design and deliver onboarding programs, product modules, and sales scripts for new and existing agents.
- Coaching & Quality Check: Monitor sales calls & chat, run roleplay sessions, and provide 1-on-1 coaching to improve conversion rates.
- Performance Tracking: Track agent post-training metrics and bridge performance gaps with refreshment sessions.
- Prepare training reports and recommend continuous improvements to support business needs.
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telesales Trainer or Sales Coach (beauty, clinic, wellness, or B2C background preferred).
- Strong B2C phone selling skills, consultative selling, and experience with CRM tools.
- Great communication skills, patient coach, and eager to learn skincare and aesthetic treatments.
