More about the role

Lead the translation of global Consumer Business commercial design into actionable implementation plans, ensuring rollout is consistent, timely, disciplined, and compliant across markets while safeguarding price realization and margin integrity.

• Lead the end-to-end translation of global commercial frameworks into regional implementation plans and organizational processes.
• Develop impact frameworks to be applied in customer negotiations to support implementation of the designed target state.
• Work closely with commercial and sales teams across regions to ensure the target state is achieved on time and in full.
• Ensure consistency between commercial design intent, in-market execution, and compliance with agreed policies and frameworks.
• Enforce pricing guardrails, approval governance, and exception control processes.
• Detect and resolve implementation risks, deviations, and gross-to-net leakage.
• Drive the successful transition from current-state to target-state commercial policies and ways of working.
• Develop and execute commercial excellence initiatives to improve sales processes and business outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across regions to foster collaboration and support the successful delivery of commercial projects.

More About You

We are looking for a commercially minded professional who combines strong analytical capabilities with excellent stakeholder management skills.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in a commercial control, implementation, commercial effectiveness, pricing, or Finance Business Partnering role.

• Experience within Consumer Goods, FMCG, Consumer Electronics, Manufacturing or similar B2C environments.

• Strong understanding of commercial policies, pricing structures, rebates, promotions, trade investments and customer profitability drivers.

• Proven ability to manage implementation activities across multiple markets and stakeholders.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess business impact and monitor performance.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Results-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a changing and fast-paced environment.
