Intern, Business Optimization

As the Business Optimization Intern, you will support key initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize processes or performance, gathering insights from store teams and available data, and developing recommendations for change. What you will accomplish: Lead a business optimization project from discovery through recommendations, with potential topics including new stores, POS, and other business processes. Analyze available data and recent store feedback to identify 1-2 programs or processes with opportunities for optimization. Create an overview of findings and recommendations, align with the Business Optimization team, and present a full review to relevant business partners. Support Business Optimization projects through observations and data analysis, while providing insights and point of view in meetings and consultations with cross-functional stakeholders. Data-driven mindset with the ability to gather insights and draw conclusions. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously. Experience with project management through studies or extracurricular activities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite or collaboration software; intermediate to advanced Excel skills preferred but not required. Graduating in 2027 or 2028 (undergraduate or graduate degree) Work schedule must align with 9-5PM, Pacific Standard Time Must permanently reside and work in the U.S. Must be open to relocating to the San Francisco Bay Area upon graduation for consideration for full-time hybrid positions Available from June 14- August 20, 2027
