Your Team

The TPRM team keeps our vendor ecosystem safe, compliant, and running smoothly — and that only happens because someone is on top of the details, every day. As TPRM Co-ordinator, you are that someone. You'll keep the vendor ongoing monitoring lifecycle moving: chasing documents, updating registers, coordinating reviews, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. Keep continuous focus and monitoring on high risk and outsourcing relationships.

Your role in the Team’s Success

Our tools and dashboards do the tracking — they don't do the judgment. Knowing which overdue item is actually urgent, which vendor query needs escalating rather than answering, and which register inconsistency signals a real problem rather than a typo is a human read on the situation, built up through relationships and pattern recognition. That's what this role is for.

What you'll do

• Ensure Ongoing Monitoring and Assurance.

• Keep the data repositories/systems accurate and up to date, flagging gaps or inconsistencies before they become problems.

• Schedule and coordinate vendor and stakeholder review meetings; capture notes, actions, and follow-ups through to closure.

• Support ongoing vendor monitoring by tracking SLA/KPI submissions, chasing overdue items, etc.

• Help maintain the critical supplier and outsourcing register — data entry, validation, and periodic reconciliation.

• Act as first point of contact for routine stakeholder queries, resolving what you can and routing anything judgment-heavy to the right person, without letting it stall.

• Support audit and assurance activity by pulling together evidence packs and coordinating responses across stakeholder groups.

• Assist with Power BI dashboard data refreshes and produce routine reports under guidance from the TPRM Lead.

• Maintain version control and document housekeeping for the SRM Management policy and framework library.

• Coordinate system and SharePoint access requests for the TPRM tool and related platforms.

• Help keep TPRM communications and SharePoint content current, working from templates and direction set by the Senior Vendor Management Specialist.

• Contribute to external best-practice and market benchmarking research when asked.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of experience in vendor/supplier management, procurement coordination, contract administration, or third-party risk support.

• Working knowledge of the end-to-end vendor lifecycle — onboarding, due diligence, ongoing monitoring, and offboarding.

• Comfortable using TPRM/GRC or procurement platforms as an end user (e.g., Aravo, ServiceNow VRM, OneTrust, Archer, or ProcessUnity) — prior admin or design-level use is a plus, not a requirement.

• Strong organizational skills and the discipline to manage multiple trackers, deadlines, and stakeholders without losing detail.

• A confident, personable communicator who builds rapport easily with vendors and colleagues, and knows when to escalate rather than push through alone.

• Working proficiency in Excel and basic familiarity with Power BI (or willingness to build it quickly).

• Working exposure to regulatory frameworks such as FCA/PRA outsourcing requirements, DORA, or MAS is preferred, given this role touches the critical supplier register and audit evidence coordination directly.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling environment with shifting priorities.
• Comfortable working in UK shift hours.
