Position Summary

Kunes Auto Group is looking for an RV Service Advisor to join our team in Elkhorn, WI.

In this customer-focused role, you’ll be the main point of contact for RV owners from the time they drop off their RV until they pick it up. You’ll listen to their concerns, turn them into clear work orders for our technicians, keep customers updated throughout the repair, and make sure every RV leaves ready for the road.

Whether you’ve worked as an RV or automotive service advisor, in RV or automotive parts, in customer service, hospitality, or retail, or you simply love RVing and the outdoors, we provide the training and support to help you build a successful career.

Compensation

• Competitive Pay
• $50,000-$75,000 Annually

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent service from the time their RV is dropped off until it’s picked up
• Help customers with RV maintenance, repairs, warranty work, and seasonal service such as winterization and de-winterization
• Turn customer-reported problems into clear, actionable work orders for technicians
• Explain recommended services and keep customers informed and updated throughout the service of their RV
• Coordinate with technicians, parts, and warranty staff to schedule work and keep repairs on track
• Stay current on new RV products, features, and accessories, and attend product training as required
• Maintain a customer follow-up system that supports repeat and referral business and contributes to customer happiness
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards
• Set personal goals and objectives, including an annual operating budget and a marketing plan to promote new business
• Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) rating by handling customer concerns promptly and appropriately
• Provide customer transportation as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Qualifications

• Previous RV or automotive service advisor experience is preferred
• Candidates with backgrounds in RV or automotive parts, customer service, hospitality, or retail are encouraged to apply
• Familiarity with RV systems (electrical, plumbing, LP gas, appliances, slide-outs) is a plus
• Strong focus on providing excellent customer service
• Basic computer skills, including word processing and database tools
• Basic math skills to prepare and process bills and customer payments
• Driven personality, eager to improve, and able to work within and support internal teams
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or higher education
