### Position Summary

Lead Taiwan Front-End Manufacturing workplace and office planning strategy to support business growth, employee experience, and long-term site expansion. Drive office space planning, workspace optimization, parking strategy, and workplace enhancement initiatives across Taiwan sites while partnering with business leaders, facilities, HR, and site stakeholders to ensure future readiness and operational efficiency.

### Key Responsibilities

1\. Office Space Planning & Strategy

• Develop and execute Taiwan site office space strategies aligned with headcount growth forecasts.
• Lead office layout planning, seating allocation, and space utilization optimization.
• Manage office expansion, relocation, consolidation, and new-site workspace planning projects.
• Establish workplace standards and occupancy guidelines across sites.

2\. Workplace Enhancement

• Own workplace improvement initiatives to enhance employee experience and productivity.
• Drive office environment upgrades, collaboration spaces, amenities, and workplace innovation programs.
• Partner with site leadership to identify and prioritize workplace improvement opportunities.

3\. Transportation Planning

• Develop long-term transportation strategies.
• Lead analysis, mitigation plans, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with external vendors, landlords, and local authorities as needed.

4\. Project Management

• Manage cross-functional office-related projects from concept through implementation.
• Coordinate with Facilities, EHS, Security, IT, HR, Procurement, and Operations teams.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, risks, and executive updates.

5\. Business Partnership & Governance

• Serve as the key PMO representative for office planning and workplace initiatives.
• Support executive decision-making through data-driven space planning analysis.
• Establish governance, policies, and planning processes for workplace management.

6\. Team Leadership

• Lead and develop the Office Layout team.
• Build organizational capability in workplace planning and project execution.
• Foster collaboration across multiple Taiwan sites and stakeholder groups.
