Personal Care Assistant (PCA)

Advantage PCA & Senior Care is a locally owned and operated home care provider serving individuals and families throughout the Outing Area. We deliver personalized in-home support to children and adolescents, helping clients maintain comfort, independence, and quality of life in their own homes.

We are currently seeking a reliable and caring individual for a part-time position working with an adolescent client. The preferred schedule is two days per week, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Additional hours may occasionally be available on Saturdays as well.

What Your Day May Look Like

Every day as a Personal Care Assistant is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference. You'll provide one-on-one support that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. Depending on each client's individualized needs, your day may include assisting with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, companionship, and/or behavioral support and redirection. You'll build meaningful relationships while maintaining client confidentiality and communicating any changes or concerns to the care team.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Dependable transportation
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required

Available Shifts

• Daytime and occasional weekend hours
• Part-time opportunities
