What You'll Do

As a Full-Time Teller, you'll provide friendly, personalized service while helping members with their everyday financial needs. You'll build strong member relationships, process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other transactions accurately, and maintain a balanced cash drawer. You'll also answer questions, address member concerns, learn about members' financial needs, and connect them with appropriate products and services. Working closely with your team, you'll help deliver an exceptional member experience while following established cash-handling, security, compliance, and transaction procedures.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Friendly, professional, and positive approach to working with people
• Passion for helping others and creating a great customer or member experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Comfort working with cash, numbers, technology, and computer systems
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and provide quality service in a fast-paced environment
• Previous retail, hospitality, food service, sales, banking, or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required
• Willingness to learn and build a career in banking and financial services

Work Schedule

This full-time position offers a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Enjoy a predictable routine while gaining valuable experience and building a career with a supportive team.
