Job Description
- Handle outgoing shipments to customers, suppliers, and other plants accurately and on time.
- Verify, pack, label, and prepare materials for shipment.
- Prepare relevant shipping documents and ensure documentation is accurate.
- Process delivery and transfer orders using SAP/MRP systems.
- Coordinate with freight carriers for outgoing shipments.
- Follow applicable shipping, routing, and customer requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum N/O Level, NITEC or equivalent.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Experience in logistics, warehouse, shipping or outbound operations is advantageous.
- Knowledge of SAP/MRP/ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Detail-oriented with good communication and teamwork skills.
