Bij Labcorp zoeken we een onderhoudstechnieker productie (2ploegen) voor onze productiesite in Mechelen. Binnen deze positie werk je in een afwisselend 2ploegensysteem (6u-14u30 en 14u-22h30).

De functieverantwoordelijkheden omvatten:

• Uitvoeren van onderhoud en herstellingen aan machines volgens een vast onderhoudsschema.

• Het verbeteren van de productieprocessen, zodat de functionaliteit en werking van de machines gegarandeerd blijft
• Het volgen, opstellen en beheren van vastgestelde procedures voor preventief onderhoud en het registreren van alle vorderingen en eventuele oplossingen.
• Een duidelijk inzicht hebben in de functionele werking van de productielijn met het oog op het oplossen van problemen.
• Het plannen en uitvoeren van routine- of nodig onderhoud tijdens vooraf bepaalde onderhoudsmomenten.

Minimum vereisten:

• Diploma middelbaar onderwijs in een technische richting (elektriciteit, elektromechanica)
• 1 of meer jaar ervaring als onderhoudstechnieker
• 1 of meer jaar ervaring in lezen van elektrische schema’s en grondige elektromechanische kennis.

Gewenste kwalificaties:

• 1 of meer jaar werkervaring in een productieomgeving
• 1 of meer jaar ervaring in automation maintenance, production lines maintenance, building maintenance

Bijkomende kwalificaties voor de job:

• Nederlands en Engels
• Basiservaring in industriële BUSsystemen en motorsturingen
• Kennis van het oplossen van problemen met computerhardware
• Kennis print & apply technologie
• Kennis van PLC- en PC-gebaseerde besturingssystemen
• Communicatief en autonoom
