Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Fintech and Digital Payment Services industry.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with enquiries, providing support related to digital payment services, and resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner. Qualifications
Must possess a Bachelor's Degree with a valid degree certificate.
Preferably have at least 6 months of customer service experience.
Must demonstrate English proficiency at B2 level or above (upper-intermediate).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment within the fintech or digital payment services industry.
Must be willing to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays when scheduled.
Must be a Malaysian citizen and willing to work on-site at Kelana Centre Point (KCP), Selangor.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer enquiries through designated customer service channels.
Provide accurate information and assistance regarding digital payment services, transactions, and account-related matters.
Assist customers with payment issues, transaction discrepancies, and general service enquiries.
Investigate and troubleshoot customer concerns to ensure timely and effective resolution.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
Ensure all customer interactions are handled in accordance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, and resolutions.
Protect customer information and ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive data.
Meet individual and team performance targets, including service quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
