Lead Logistics Operations & customer Experience Specialist

Job Summary

The FinOps Process expert is responsible for managing and optimizing financial operations processes, ensuring accurate invoicing, billing, accounts receivable/payable activities, dispute resolution, financial reconciliations, and compliance with company policies. The role collaborates with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors to ensure efficient financial transactions and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end financial operations processes, including billing, invoicing, and payment reconciliation.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer and vendor invoices.
• Monitor and resolve invoice disputes, credit notes, and payment discrepancies.
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain financial records with high accuracy.  
• Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Analyze financial data and prepare operational and performance reports.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience, Commercial, Procurement, and Finance teams to resolve operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Support system testing, UAT activities, and implementation of new financial processes or tools.
• Handle customer and stakeholder queries related to billing, charges, and financial transactions.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and workflow backlogs to ensure service delivery targets are met.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
