We're REA

With bold and ambitious goals, REA Group  is changing the way the world experiences property. No matter where you're at on your property journey, we're here to help with every step - whether that's finding or financing your next home.

Our people are the key to our success. At the heart of everything we do, is a thriving culture centred around high performance and care. We are purpose driven and collaborative, which drives innovation and our ability to make a real impact. As such, we’re proud to have been named in Australia’s “Top 5” Best Workplaces two years in a row, as well as being recognised as a Best Workplace for Women.

Role Purpose

Lead REA’s Industry Partnerships, Sponsorships and Training function to:

  • Unify our strategy around sponsorships and partnerships at an enterprise level, bringing the remit under one umbrella, ensuring synergy and alignment with Campaign Agent opportunities as well
  • Build and deepen strategic industry, corporate/franchise and OG partnerships and sponsorships that drive revenue, product adoption and advocacy at an enterprise level.
  • Design and execute a scalable customer training strategy that develops, informs and inspires customers, reinforcing REA’s value story and lifting product uptake across segments through a one-to-many approach.
  • Act as the bridge between the industry, our customers and internal teams, ensuring our sponsorships, partnerships and training moments deliver clear, measurable outcomes for customers and for REA.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and own the Industry Partnerships & Training strategy aligned to Residential / RCA / New Homes / Realtair / Campaign Agent and broader Customer Group priorities.
  • Driving a better and more unified customer experience when it comes to communicating our strategy, building on our existing partnerships and sponsorships and unifying our approach to sponsorships at an enterprise level to create maximum ROI for REA and our customers.
  • Translate strategy into a clear three‑year roadmap, annual OKRs and quarterly plans for the team and work in partnership with key stakeholders in other partnership roles, Customer Excellence and leadership to scale execution and deliver on objectives.
  • Represent Industry Partnerships & Training in Customer Leadership / Hive forums, influencing decisions with data, customer insight and industry trends.
  • Champion a “one customer / one REA” mindset across Specialist Sales, Customer Success, GTM and Product and across the broader REA enterprise level

Industry Partnerships

  • Lead REA’s enterprise relationships, sponsorships and regular communication on strategy with a view to re-imagine our approach.
  • Own the partnership lifecycle and leverage your deep relationships with customers to open doors to enterprise growth opportunities, Work closely to refer opportunities to your Enterprise and Specialist growth colleagues who will then own the discovery and sales scoping journey to maximise and scale growth.
  • Ensure sponsorships and partnerships have clear value propositions, commercial constructs and success measures, and are embedded in GTM and customer plans (not “logo-only” deals).
  • Partner with Product, Marketing and Sales to design and deliver joint programs (e.g. Pro for All, CA/RT, branding campaigns, forms/API and data partnerships market insight series) across our larger sponsorship opportunities.

Customer Training & Enablement

  • Own the National Customer Training strategy, ensuring a scalable “one‑to‑many” program across Tier 1–3 customers, franchises and ownership groups (in‑person, webinar, roadshows, on‑demand content).
  • Work on a plan to deliver scalable content to our Small Business customer cohort as well.
  • Align training content and cadence to GTM and Loyalty initiatives, major product launches and key industry moments (e.g. franchise kick‑offs, REI events, Beyond the Listing, FROGs).
  • Work with Economists, Consumer Research, Product and Marketing to ensure training content showcases insights, compliance, forms, AI/digital trends and REA’s value story in a cohesive way.
  • Co‑own key programs like the REA Ambassador Program and leverage external speakers/partners to elevate customer education and advocacy.
  • Embed measurement and continuous improvement into all training (e.g. reach, confidence to apply content, NPS, behavioural uplift, product adoption). Work with Customer Marketing on standardised survey frameworks and feedback loops
