Job Description Summary: We are looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer to build and scale our AI Workspace—an enterprise platform that brings together AI agents, business knowledge, workflows, data, and decision-making into a unified digital experience. You will design and develop modern web applications, build scalable backend services, integrate AI agents and enterprise systems, and deliver actionable business intelligence through Power BI.

The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals with an interest in Generative AI, agentic architectures, and building secure, intelligent applications that solve real business problems.

 

 

We’re looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our PSIC – AI Native organization. We are searching for self-motivated candidates, who will demonstrate modern Agile and DevOps practices to own the design and development of IT systems and applications, delivering global projects in multinational teams. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Build responsive, intuitive, enterprise-grade user interfaces using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Develop scalable backend APIs, services, and business logic using Node.js and Python.
• Design modular, reusable components and maintainable application architectures.
• Implement authentication, role-based access control, session management, and API integrations.
• Develop, deploy, and operate applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Work with Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure Key Vault, and Azure Monitor, as appropriate to the solution.
• Integrate Microsoft Entra ID for enterprise authentication and SSO.
• Work with Azure-hosted AI services and APIs, including Azure OpenAI where applicable.
• Apply secure coding practices, secrets management, environment configuration, and CI/CD automation.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that translate business data into actionable insights.
• Develop data models, relationships, measures, and calculations using DAX.
• Use Power Query for data transformation and data preparation.
• Connect Power BI to APIs, SQL databases, and other enterprise data sources.
• Support dashboard publishing, refresh schedules, row-level security, and workspace management.
• Embed or integrate Power BI reports into enterprise applications and the Agentic AI Workspace where appropriate.

 

Job Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of proven experience in writing code in similar role
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL knowledge
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  

Nice to have:

• Azure Cloud services, Python, Angular A strong desire to produce high quality software through cross functional teamwork, testing, code reviews, and other standard methodologies
