Millwork Dock Worker | Tanner, AL
Pay: $18.90/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Job Impulse is hiring a Millwork Dock Worker in Tanner, AL to load, unload, and secure windows, doors, lumber, and other building materials for delivery to job sites.
What You'll Do
- Load and unload building materials safely and without damage.
- Secure materials for delivery to job sites.
- Read and follow orders and related paperwork.
- Provide customer service and help resolve order or material-handling issues.
- Maintain a clean work area and follow safe work practices.
What We're Looking For
- One to two years of experience in production, shipping, or receiving.
- Material handling, stocking, or inventory experience preferred.
- Carpentry, trim carpentry, or building-material knowledge is a plus.
- Able to lift 25 to 100 pounds and regularly bend, squat, walk, and stand.
- Able to work in hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions.
