Description

Agency:

Credera

Job Function:

Consulting

Job Subfunction:

Business and Change Consulting

Job Description:

At Credera, we are passionate about helping clients deliver complex, business-critical transformation projects. Our clients are some of the biggest names in industry and our projects are every bit as challenging as you’d find in large consulting firms.

This is a permanent within our Management Consulting function. At Credera, we operate a flexible hybrid working model, requiring 3 days per week onsite - either at client sites or your local Credera office (London, Leeds, Manchester or Newcastle). We value collaboration and client impact, balancing flexibility with in-person connection to deliver exceptional results.

The opportunity

As a Consultant in our Organisation & Change team, you'll work with some of the world's leading organisations to tackle complex business challenges and help make change happen.

You'll be involved in a diverse range of projects, spanning change management, organisational design, leadership alignment, culture, employee engagement and marketing transformation. Working alongside experienced consultants, you'll help uncover insights, shape recommendations and develop practical solutions that make a difference for our clients and their people.

It's a hands-on role where you'll have the opportunity to contribute your thinking, take ownership of meaningful work and develop your consulting skills through exposure to different clients, challenges and experiences.

What you'll do

Client delivery and problem-solving

  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, research and analysis, turning findings into clear insights, recommendations and practical actions.
  • Contribute to the development of change strategies, engagement and communication plans, stakeholder and change impact assessments, and implementation approaches.
  • Help design and facilitate client workshops, interviews and working sessions, bringing structure to discussions and translating outcomes into actionable next steps.
  • Develop high-quality client deliverables, including presentations, reports, communication materials and practical tools that support transformation.
  • Work with colleagues to understand complex and sometimes ambiguous client challenges, explore different perspectives and develop thoughtful, human-centred solutions.
  • Take ownership of agreed deliverables and areas of work, managing priorities, maintaining quality and proactively identifying risks or issues.

Client relationships and collaboration

  • Build positive, trusted relationships with clients and colleagues through clear communication, responsiveness and sound judgement.
  • Contribute to client meetings and presentations, confidently communicating findings, ideas and recommendations to different audiences.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across Organisation & Change and Credera's wider consulting, technology and specialist teams, drawing on different expertise to deliver the best outcomes for clients.
  • Share knowledge, ideas and feedback with colleagues, contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Project delivery and business contribution

  • Support the effective delivery of client projects, including planning, coordination, progress tracking, quality assurance and management of key milestones.
  • Work across multiple priorities and projects, taking responsibility for delivering work to agreed timelines and standards.
  • Contribute to new business opportunities, including research, proposal development, credentials and pitch presentations.
  • Help strengthen our Organisation & Change capability by contributing ideas, sharing learning and identifying opportunities to improve how we work and what we offer clients.

What you'll bring

We're looking for someone who combines analytical thinking and creativity with a genuine interest in people, organisations and how change happens.

You'll bring:

  • Experience in consulting, organisational change, business transformation, employee engagement, internal communications or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sense of complex information, identify key insights and develop clear, practical recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to turn complex ideas into compelling narratives and presentations.
  • A strong understanding of how to use AI to drive efficiency in your everyday work while applying sound judgement of what good looks like.
  • Confidence engaging with stakeholders, asking thoughtful questions and contributing ideas and perspectives.
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work.
  • A proactive, collaborative approach, with a willingness to take ownership, use initiative and seek guidance when appropriate.
  • Curiosity, adaptability and a willingness to learn, particularly when working through ambiguity or unfamiliar challenges.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills, with an eye for clear, engaging and professional client deliverables.

Additional experience we'd value

You may also bring experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • Designing or supporting change management, stakeholder engagement or internal communication programmes.
  • Conducting qualitative research, stakeholder interviews, focus groups or organisational assessments.
  • Designing and facilitating workshops or collaborative working sessions.
  • Organisational psychology, organisational design, culture change, leadership development or capability building.
  • Working in a client-facing consulting or professional services environment.
  • Supporting transformation involving technology, digital, AI or new ways of working.

You don't need to have experience across all these areas. We're interested in people who bring strong foundations, different perspectives and the curiosity to continue developing their expertise.

What makes someone thrive here?

We value people who are curious about how organisations work, enjoy solving problems and care about making a meaningful difference for clients.

You'll thrive in our team if you enjoy working collaboratively, are comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting into the detail, and can balance creative thinking with practical delivery. You'll be open to new ideas, willing to challenge constructively and motivated to keep learning.

Above all, you'll bring a genuine interest in helping organisations and their people navigate change successfully
