As a project operation lead, you’ll bring your management expertise to work on projects for the Joint Staff and other Defense clients. You’ll manage large, complex projects. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we’ll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, policies, processes, and projects as a part of the joint mission.

 

You’ll guide the work we do for the Joint Staff and other Defense clients and the solutions we deliver for the military missions.

You Have: 

• 5+ years of experience managing large programs
• Experience managing all aspects of a project, from budgeting to personnel
• Knowledge of DoD policies and procedures
• Ability to manage large, disparate projects across multiple offices with large staffs
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree

 

Nice If You Have: 

• 5+ years of experience managing large programs for the military
• Ability to work independently
• Possession of excellent organizational skills
• Master's degree

 

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
