Membership Sales Manager – Dublin, GALocation: Hybrid (90% field-based within the market; 10% remote)Candidate must live within 50 to 75 miles of Dublin, GATerritory includes: Baldwin, Johnson, Bleckley, Washington, Jones, Wilkinson, Dodge, Putnam, Hancock, Telfair, Jefferson, and Laurens counties

On Target Earnings: $75,785.28 - $180,000Two fixed base salary options available: $35,000 or $45,000 (non-negotiable)Includes Car Allowance and Uncapped Commission

We are seeking a community-focused Membership Sales Manager to drive membership growth for AirMedCare Network throughout Dublin and the surrounding the Georgia region. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, connecting with local businesses and residents, and becoming a trusted presence in the communities they serve. Through networking, prospecting, and community engagement, you will create opportunities that support both personal success and territory growth.

AirMedCare Network (AMCN) is part of Global Medical Response (GMR), the largest medical transportation company in the world. AMCN offers emergency air medical memberships, Fly-U-Home services, and ground ambulance benefits that provide financial protection and peace of mind for families, employers, and communities across the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Drive Local Growth: Spend approximately 90% of your time in the field across the Dublin market and surrounding counties, educating businesses and residents about the value of AMCN membership. The role focuses on approximately 70% B2B sales and 30% direct-to-consumer sales.

• Build Community Relationships: Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, local events, county fairs, chamber activities, festivals, first responder partnerships, healthcare connections, and networking opportunities throughout the region.

• Manage the Sales Process: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, using a consultative approach to identify customer needs and present solutions that help protect families and businesses.

• Serve as a Local Ambassador: Represent AMCN at community events and strengthen relationships with employers, civic organizations, healthcare professionals, first responders, and local business leaders to expand brand awareness and membership growth.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and clean driving record. Ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.

• Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years of B2B or B2C outside sales experience, including prospecting, cold calling, and relationship-based selling preferred.

• Industry Knowledge: Experience in healthcare, insurance, medical services, or other consultative sales environments preferred. Familiarity with rural and community-based markets is a plus.
