• Job Title: Physical Therapist
• Location: CCM Health
• Position type: Full-time, benefited, 1.0 FTE
• Hours/Schedule: This position will generally be scheduled for 40 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
• Settings: This position offers the opportunity to work across a variety of settings, including Outpatient, Inpatient, and Home Health. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded general practitioner who is eager to develop their skills, explore specialty areas, and grow their expertise based on the needs of the clinic.

Requirements

Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program. They must have, or be eligible for, PT licensing in Minnesota.
