  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, scopes of work, and subcontractor assignments.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and other project stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality execution.
  • Conduct regular site visits, monitor construction progress, and proactively resolve project challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, permitting requirements, and company quality standards.

  • Work directly with insurance adjusters and carriers to negotiate scopes, supplements, and pricing.
  • Maintain accountability for project budgets, gross profit margins, and financial performance.
  • Manage subcontractor pricing, material costs, change orders, and project profitability.
  • Coordinate billing milestones, progress payments, recoverable depreciation, and final collections.
Customer & Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, insurance representatives, and other stakeholders throughout the reconstruction process.
  • Provide consistent, proactive communication regarding project schedules, progress, and expectations.
  • Navigate challenging customer situations professionally and effectively.
  • Build strong working relationships with subcontractors, adjusters, and property management professionals.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout what is often a difficult and stressful time for our clients.
Qualifications
Required
  • 5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in insurance restoration or large-loss reconstruction.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex residential or commercial reconstruction projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, subcontractor management, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Experience working with insurance carriers, adjusters, and property owners.
  • Proficiency with Xactimate or significant experience with insurance restoration estimating.
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of project-level profitability.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the greater Charlotte region.

  • Experience with multifamily, commercial, or large residential property losses.
  • General contractor or restoration industry background.
  • IICRC certifications or relevant construction industry credentials.
  • Established relationships with subcontractors and trades throughout the Charlotte market.
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in rewarding talented professionals who take ownership and deliver results.
  • Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience.
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities tied to project execution and profitability.
  • Company vehicle or vehicle allowance.
  • Health insurance and employee benefits.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching.
