David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading customer experience company that is seeking to onboard a Customer Advisor to join their team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle incoming customer calls and emails
Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the appropriate methods and tools
Identify opportunities to generate revenue through cross-selling and upselling during customer interactions
Meet individual and customer service team targets, including case-handling quotas
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process customer accounts and documentation
Follow established communication procedures, guidelines and policies
REQUIREMENTS:
Native or near-native level of Polish
Fluent in English
Previous sales experience with the ability to generate revenue through cross-selling and upselling
Strong telephone customer service and active-listening skills
Customer-oriented approach and ability to adapt communication to different customer profiles
Excellent communication skills
Good MS Office skills
