What You'll Be Doing
The HR Systems Analyst is responsible for the administration, support, configuration, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of Stifel's HR technology solutions, including UKG, iCIMS, HaloITSM, and related integrations. This role serves as a key partner to HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and IT teams, providing system expertise, reporting, troubleshooting, testing, and process improvement recommendations. The HR Systems Analyst works closely with business stakeholders to ensure HR systems operate effectively, maintain data integrity, support compliance requirements, and deliver a positive user experience.
What We're Looking For
- Serve as the subject matter expert and primary technical resource for Stifel's HR technology suite (UKG, iCIMS, HaloITSM, etc.), including system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and related business processes.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and IT teams to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and implement system enhancements.
- Configure system functionality, including workflows, security, business rules, fields, and reporting tools.
- Troubleshoot system, data, and integration issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and vendors.
- Develop and maintain reports and data extracts.
- Lead testing efforts for upgrades, releases, patches, and new functionality.
- Monitor system performance and data quality to ensure accuracy, security, and compliance.
- Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and support resources for end users.
- Support HR technology projects, implementations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Bring
- Ability to administer cloud-based HR technology solutions including support for at least two of the following HR processes: onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, compensation, recruiting, and performance management.
- Knowledge of and ability to administer applicant tracking system processes and HCM implementation.
- Ability to gather requirements, configure systems, test enhancements, and suppor implementations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create and maintain reports and data analysis tools.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex system and data issues.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business users.
- Work with cross-functional teams including HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors.
- Demonstrated initiative and ownership in driving projects forward with minimal supervision.
Education & Experience
- Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum Required: 4+ years of experience supporting Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Licenses & Credentials
- Minimum Required: None.
Systems & Technology
- Knowledge of and experience with administering cloud-based HR technology solutions with preference of iCIMS, UKG Pro, and UKG Workforce Management.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required to complete analyses.
- Ability to write and troubleshoot SQL queries is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of and experience with reporting platforms is preferred.
