JOB TITLE: CIB Analyst
LOCATION(S): London 33 Old Broad Street
HOURS: Full time – 35 hours per week
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time in the office. Colleagues with disabilities can be supported with workplace adjustments including hybrid working expectations in line with our Flexibility Works policy.
What you’ll be doing:
This role offers the opportunity to work across a range of business priorities, supporting performance management, business insight, technology enablement and continuous improvement activities.
You’ll join a flexible AI enablement team, building broad capability across AI, data and product enablement while developing deeper expertise in one or more areas such as business analysis, AI tooling administration, adoption and skills, experimentation, or management information. You’ll move across these areas over time to support your development and respond to changing business priorities and demand.
You'll gain exposure to a broad range of activities, working with colleagues across the business to deliver insights, improve efficiency, support strategic priorities and help drive positive outcomes for customers and colleagues.
We'll provide the support and guidance you need to succeed. You'll contribute independently and as part of a wider team, taking ownership of defined activities while building your expertise and professional capability.
In this role you’ll:
- Analyse and interpret data to identify trends, risks, opportunities and actionable insights that support business performance.
- Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards and management information to provide accurate and meaningful business intelligence.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements, solve challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the delivery of business change, strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Leverage technology, automation and digital tools to improve efficiency, productivity and ways of working.
- Prepare insights, presentations and updates for leadership forums while supporting planning, governance and delivery tracking activities.

What we’re looking for?
- Proven strong analytical & problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- An active interest in data, technology, business performance or continuous improvement, including emerging technologies, AI and their application within financial services.
- Proactive and adaptive mindset with a curiosity and desire to understand how businesses operate and deliver value.
- Ability to interpret information and communicate findings clearly.
- Good stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively with others.
And any experience of these would be great:
- Experience working with data, reporting or management information.
- Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, Copilot or similar analytical and productivity tools.
- Experience identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Banking or financial services experience.
