To perform business requirements analysis and updates for robotic process automation implementations and internal transformation efforts and to serve as the facilitator for an agile development teamPrevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costs Focus on providing optimal services and improving service delivery processes to meet or exceed customer expectations Deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes Develop new insights into situations and apply innovative solutions to make organisational improvements Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders like technology, business, project managers and testing analysts in the process of creating and recommending robotics process automation solutions Plan for value-added process improvements, initiatives and services to deliver on operational strategy and objectives and review outputs M
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Understanding of business process automation concepts.
• Experience in application support, IT operations, or production support environments.
• Knowledge of incident management and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Familiarity with SQL, databases, and log analysis is advantageous.
Skills and Experience
• RPA Development (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate, etc.)
• Programming languages such as:
- C#
- Python
- VB.NET
- Java
• SQL and database management
• API integration (REST/SOAP)
• Excel automation and data processing
• Web automation and desktop automation
• Exception handling and logging
• Process orchestration and scheduling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of ITIL or service management practices is beneficial.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.
