Your responsibilities
- Review user-generated back-office content, which may include sensitive or potentially disturbing material, and ensure it complies with established policies
- Take prompt, appropriate action on content that violates guidelines or poses risks
- Stay up to date on internal policies and apply them accurately
- Identify and analyze patterns to proactively address potential risks
What we're looking for
- Fluent German (required)
- English at B2 level or higher (required)
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable processing sensitive information
- Ability to defend decisions and explain them with clear, logical reasoning
- Ability to spot behavioral patterns that improve decision-making
- Strong organizational and time management skills for shifting priorities and high work volumes
- Experience investigating fraud, spam, or other inappropriate content is an advantage
