Overview

Join a team that helps people access the benefits they rely on every day. In this role, you will support Health & Benefits operations and help deliver a smooth, high-quality experience for clients, colleagues, carriers, and benefit providers. Your work will help keep important benefit programs running well and support better outcomes for employees and employers.

How you'll make an impact

• Help clients and internal teams get timely, accurate support across medical, dental, vision, life, disability, wellness, and voluntary benefits.
• Support renewal work by organizing details, tracking next steps, and helping meetings run smoothly.
• Be a trusted point of contact for Client Service Managers, Account Managers, and Benefits Consultants.
• Help resolve complex service issues with care, urgency, and follow-through.
• Keep client records and benefit information accurate and up to date.
• Build strong working relationships with carriers, third-party administrators, vendors, and internal partners.
• Help improve processes so work is more consistent, efficient, and scalable.
• Share knowledge, support new team members, and help others succeed.
• Contribute to a positive client experience through dependable service and clear communication.

About you

• You have an associate or bachelor’s degree.
• You bring 1 to 3 years of experience in Health & Benefits, Employee Benefits, Group Benefits, or Benefits Administration.
• You have supported Account Managers, Client Service Managers, Benefits Consultants, Brokers, or similar partners.
• You communicate clearly and build trust with a wide range of people.
• You stay organized, manage priorities well, and take ownership of your work.
• You enjoy solving problems and making thoughtful decisions.
• You work well both independently and as part of a team.
• You care about service, accuracy, and helping others.
• You are open to learning, growing, and sharing ideas that improve how work gets done.
