  • Improve every day through disciplined problem-solving by recording accurate findings, making minor repairs carefully, and using field feedback to work more effectively.
  • Win as one team by collaborating with foremen, customers, and other field partners to support installation and service activities smoothly.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of documented experience in sprinkler systems.
  • OKDOL Sprinkler License is required.
  • Experience with wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, fire pumps, and foam systems.
  • Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, schematics, and operational/product manuals.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call rotation, nights, and weekends, to meet customer requirements.
  • Demonstrated high level of customer service.
  • Ability to adhere to, implement, and follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
  • Strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to learn quickly.
