Job Overview

The Industrial Sales Manager will drive business growth by developing industrial sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and recommending suitable lubricant solutions based on customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across manufacturing, power generation, construction, mining, and heavy industries.
• Build and maintain relationships with industrial clients to understand their operational needs.
• Analyse equipment and machinery requirements and recommend appropriate lubricant products and applications.
• -Drive sales growth by expanding the customer base and strengthening market presence.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product supply, technical support, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging industry requirements to support sales strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B industrial sales, preferably in lubricants, engineering products, or related industrial solutions.
• Strong technical understanding of industrial equipment, machinery applications, and lubrication solutions.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to identify market opportunities and drive business growth in industrial sectors.
