Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

Travel: Up to 25% outside the Omaha metro area

Are you a consultative seller who can turn a conversation into a lasting partnership? Hill Bros Logistics is looking for a Bulk Senior Account Manager to grow revenue through new and existing business. You’ll learn your customers’ operations, build solutions around their freight, and partner with our team to deliver. If you thrive on the chase and the long game, this is your seat.

What You’ll Do

• Win New Business: Cultivate and qualify new accounts through research, warm lead calling, and a strategic, consultative approach
• Grow Your Accounts: Manage current and new customers with a focus on increasing revenue month over month
• Deliver Solutions: Develop SOPs and solutions so everyone understands customer requirements and expectations
• Partner with Operations: Work with our team to secure capacity and 3PL services, and keep shipments on time and to      standard
• Price for Profit: Contribute to bid packages and pricing opportunities with a sharp eye on market and competition
• Stay Sharp: Log your customer activity in our CRM, run TMW reports, and share weekly updates on account growth

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of related experience preferred; transportation experience is ideal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong written and verbal communication
• A consultative, self-directed approach and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
• TMW or CRM experience is helpful but not necessary
• Willingness to travel outside the Omaha metro area up to 25% of the time
