36Registered Nurse | Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit
Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our 20-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit in the beautiful Coulee Region of Wisconsin. This is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and families while helping individuals recover, regain independence, and achieve their highest level of function.
What You Will Work
- 0.9 FTE | 72 hours every two weeks
- Rotating 12-hour day (6:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.) and night (6:30 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.) shifts
- Every third weekend
- Two holidays per year

What You Will Do
- Provide Love + Medicine to patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, debility, and other complex medical conditions.
- Teach patients and families the skills, strategies, and self-care techniques needed to support recovery and maximize independence after discharge.
- Develop meaningful relationships with patients and families as you support them throughout their rehabilitation journey.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that includes physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, social workers, CNAs, and fellow RNs to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
- Support patients as they work toward improved mobility, function, confidence, and quality of life.

What You Need
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred
- Current RN licensure in Wisconsin upon hire
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers
- New graduate and experienced RNs are encouraged to apply
