Job Title: Polysomnographer - Sleep Lab - Full-time - Night - Relocation Assistance
Role Summary
We're seeking experienced Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (RPSGT) to help diagnose and treat pediatric and adult sleep disorders, including sleep apnea, insomnia, and narcolepsy.
As a seasoned RPSGT, you will have the opportunity to work with our Board-Certified sleep medicine physicians who utilize some of the industry's finest technologies to correctly diagnose and treat sleep-related conditions.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- A current RPSGT (Registered Polysomnographic Technologist) certification
- A current CA (California) Polysomnographic Technologist License
- 1 year of experience as a Polysomnographic technologist

This is a full-time, night-shift opportunity working three 12-hour shifts per week, offering the chance to build meaningful relationships with patients while independently performing comprehensive sleep studies in a supportive clinical environment. Under the supervision of the Manager, this position works independently and conducts polysomnographic testing. The PSGT safely operates sophisticated medical equipment used to record sleep/wake physiology, explains procedures, prepares patients and applies recording devices. Key responsibilities include monitoring polygraph recordings and audio/visual equipment to ensure patient safety, test quality, sleep/wake data and other physiological events.
Required Qualifications:
- California Polysom Technologist License upon hire.
- National Registered Polysomnographic Technologist - Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists upon hire or
- National Certified Polysomnographic Technician - Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
- 1 year experience as a Polysomnographic technologist; 2 years preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Polysomnography
- Membership in Association of Polysomnographic Technologist (APT) or American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) upon hire.
Polysomnographic (sleep study) testing and monitoring
Operation of polysomnography and sleep lab equipment
Monitoring polygraph recordings and audio/visual systems
Recognition and documentation of physiological events during sleep studies
Troubleshooting sleep study equipment and data collection issues
Knowledge of sleep disorders, including: Sleep apnea Insomnia Narcolepsy
This role is Full time (12hrs/day), Night Shift generally from 7pm to 7am. Are you willing and able to work this schedule?

Are you a National Registered Polysomnographic Technologist OR a National Certified Polysomnographic Technician?
Experienced Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) with at least 1 year of hands-on sleep lab experience and a current California Polysomnographic Technologist License. They are confident working independently on night shifts, performing comprehensive sleep studies for both pediatric and adult patients, and accurately monitoring, analyzing, and documenting sleep-related physiological data.
