As a Business Development Representative at Prophix, you will be at the forefront of our growth engine — identifying and engaging prospective customers through strategic outbound prospecting to generate qualified sales opportunities. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align outreach efforts with broader go-to-market initiatives, ensuring a seamless lead-to-opportunity experience. What You Will Do
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage key decision-makers within mid-market and enterprise target accounts
- Research and analyse prospect accounts to craft personalized, insight-driven outreach that resonates with each buyer's unique context and challenges
- Qualify potential customers against Prophix's ideal customer profile and secure high-quality meetings for the sales team
- Partner with Marketing to align outbound activity with active demand generation campaigns and ensure consistent messaging across channels
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and pipeline progression within Salesforce CRM
- Analyze your own prospecting performance metrics and continuously refine tactics to improve conversion rates and meeting quality
- Participate actively in sales training and coaching programs, applying new skills and methodologies to strengthen outreach effectiveness
- Stay current on Prophix's product capabilities, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to position our solutions with confidence and credibility
