- Developing relationships and solving home financing needs
- Working along side like-minded business professionals
- Building, and keeping, your own business
- Setting your own schedule
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
Must Have Qualifications:
- No fear of making phone calls
- Ability to track and maintain a pipeline of provided leads
- Competitive and entrepreneurial attitude
- At least one year mortgage experience
- Active NMLS license or in process of obtaining one
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic
- Ability to take accountability for actions
