Hey Baby 4D Warwick is a ultrasound scanning clinic based in Warwick. We provide exceptional 4D ultrasound imaging services in a welcoming environment and are currently seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our busy team.

Hours: Full-Time Role (38 Hours)

Location: Unit 24 Athena Court, Athena Dr, Tachbrook Park Dr, Warwick CV34 6RT

Job Start: Oct / Nov 2026

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Booking appointments for customers both over the phone and in person
• Welcoming customers to the clinic and assisting them with any queries
• Taking payments in cash and by card
• Acting as a Chaperone where required (you will be asked to complete a short qualification for this)
• Assisting with the cleaning of the clinic and equipment, including mopping, wiping surfaces and furniture, and cleaning the bathroom if necessary
• Completing paperwork to confirm that various processes have been undertaken
• Taking customer feedback and relaying this to the management
• Responding to messages from customers on the chat function
• Opening up and locking up the clinic as required
• Keeping the clinic tidy and organised
• Conducting stock takes of products
• Completing job-specific training modules provided by management

Additional Information:

• You will be working closely with a sonographer and will need to be highly reliable, with a strong sense of accountability, and able to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

What we look for and what we provide:

• Experience in reception or administrative positions is essential. You should be able to deliver exceptional customer service.
• The successful applicant will demonstrate excellent IT, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Due to the nature of this role, a satisfactory Enhanced DBS (adult workforce) will need to be performed prior to the commencement of employment. You will also need to maintain a satisfactory DBS throughout the duration of your employment.

You must be available these hours. These cannot be altered. This is a contracted role.

• Tuesday 10:00-17:30
• Thursdays - 11:00 - 19:30
• Friday - 10:00-19:30
• Saturday - 09:00-17:30
• Sunday - 10:00-16:30

This rota is subject to change, but this represents a typical working week.
