About the role
Cabrini Health is seeking a warm, professional and customer-focused Concierge to join our team at Cabrini Malvern. As the first point of contact for many patients, families, visitors and service providers, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and supportive experience from the moment people arrive at the hospital through to their departure.
Working closely with Main Reception and the Customer Services team, you will:
- Welcome and greet patients, visitors and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide directions and assistance to help visitors navigate the hospital.
- Assist patients with luggage, mobility aids and wheelchairs.
- Monitor traffic flow and parking, including ensuring spaces remain available for emergency and disabled access.
- Coordinate with Main Reception to monitor the arrival of booked taxis and DVA vehicles.
- Provide information and directions to nearby services when required.
- Drive Cabrini vehicles as required to support efficient hospital operations.
About you
You will be a naturally welcoming and approachable person who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service. You will be comfortable working in a busy hospital environment and able to remain calm, organised and professional when managing competing priorities.
You will bring:
- A professional and customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Initiative and effective problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands.
- A motivated, collaborative and team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
- A commitment to safety and following established procedures.
- A full Australian Driver’s license with van driving experience preferred.
