Financial Costing Manager

## What you’ll do:

• Lead annual standard cost roll processes across assigned manufacturing sites.
• Maintain and validate material, labor, burden, freight, and overhead rates.
• Analyze standard cost variances (material, labor, absorption, freight, and manufacturing overhead) and provide actionable insights.
• Support new product introductions (NPI), transfer projects, and sourcing changes through cost modeling and profitability analysis.
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain teams to monitor manufacturing productivity, efficiency, and cost performance.
• Support plant leadership with financial evaluations related to capacity expansion, automation, footprint optimization, and continuous improvement projects.
• Act as trusted finance partner to Taiwan and Philippines manufacturing leadership teams.
• Support pricing, sourcing, localization, and supplier negotiations through financial analysis.
• Collaborate with Procurement on material inflation, supplier cost changes, and cost-out initiatives.
• Provide timely financial insights to drive productivity improvement and margin enhancement.
• Support strategic initiatives and transformation projects across the region.
• Lead PQ Div costing COE and develop costing talent pipeline

## Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• 5+ years of Operations Finance and Cost Accounting.
• Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations preferred.
• Experience within multinational manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of standard costing, inventory management, cost variance analysis, and data analytical skills
• Experience with SAP, Power BI, or similar systems.
• Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven ability to offer advice and influence decisions.
• Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving capability.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across different countries/cultures.
• Continuous improvement and transformation mindset.
