About The Job:

Lead strategic partnerships and drive business growth as an Account Director! In this pivotal role, you'll foster strong client relationships, spearhead project initiatives, and optimize workload profitability. As a team leader, you'll mentor and guide internal teams, cultivating talent and powering collaborative success.

A Day in the Life:
* Lead multi-channel client campaigns, meeting expectations, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with Project Management.
* Strategically manage brands through launches, positioning, and campaigns, providing proactive recommendations.
* Foster team growth through mentorship, performance goal-setting, and development planning.
* Collaborate with internal teams, finance, and senior management to drive business objectives and resolve conflicts.
* Identify organic growth opportunities, evaluate cross-functional ideas, and optimize account strengths.
* Utilize agency resources creatively, staying adept in digital, media, social, analytics, and new business pitch processes.

What you will need:
* Bachelor's degree (preferred).
* 6+ years of industry experience, preferably in healthcare and pharma advertising.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Strong expertise in digital, media, social, and analytics.
* Proven leadership experience, with strategic thinking, problem-solving, and forward-thinking approach. $100,000 - $140,000
