Description
Our client, a prestigious international law firm, is seeking an experienced Secretary to join their busy and growing Jersey office.
This is a varied role and will involve providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners. Responsibilities will include diary and travel management, preparing and formatting legal documents, coordinating meetings and conference calls, assisting with billing and file management, liaising with clients and colleagues, supporting document production, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of legal matters.
The successful candidate will have previous secretarial experience within a professional services environment, ideally with exposure to legal documentation and billing. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a proactive, team-oriented approach. A high level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality is essential.
