<strong>Qualification:</strong> BE /Diploma in Biomedical Engineering/ Electronic/Mechanical

<strong>Experience:</strong> 1-3 years in medical Equipment/Hospital

<strong>Job Responsibility:</strong>

1. Perform incoming inspection of raw materials, bought-out parts, and components as per approved

specifications.

2. Carry out in-process quality inspection during manufacturing and assembly activities.

3. Conduct final inspection and functional testing of finished medical devices before dispatch.

4. Verify product quality, workmanship, dimensions, fittings, and assembly as per approved drawings

and BOM.

5. Prepare and maintain inspection reports, test records, and quality checklists.

6. Ensure proper completion, review, and control of production and quality documents.

7. Support implementation and maintenance of ISO 13485 Quality Management System.

8. Identify and report non-conforming materials / products and maintain rejection, segregation, and

rework records.

9. Support CAPA, NCR, and deviation handling for quality-related issues.

10. Verify and maintain traceability, labeling, and identification records of products and components.

11. Coordinate with vendors / suppliers for quality documents such as CoC, TC, and technical

specifications.

12. Assist in maintaining calibration records and control of basic inspection / testing equipment.

13. Support internal audits, documentation preparation, and compliance activities.

14. Work closely with Production, Purchase, and Service teams to ensure product quality and

regulatory compliance.
