Junior Executive – Events

Are you a creative, energetic, and well-organized professional who enjoys planning and coordinating events? We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to support the planning, coordination, and successful execution of school events and activities while ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams, students, parents, vendors, and other stakeholders. Applicants should possess:

• An HND or Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in event coordination, administration, marketing, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and other relevant digital tools.
• Ability to handle event-related tasks, logistics, schedules, and documentation efficiently.
• A creative and proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, when required for events.
• A positive attitude and a genuine interest in creating successful and engaging events.
