Bel Drive Dental is looking for a Dental Customer Service Specialist/Scheduler to join our growing team. Our mission is simple: save our patients pain, time, and money while creating an outstanding patient experience!

What You’ll Do:
Welcome patients and provide outstanding customer service!
Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments to keep schedules full for our amazing patients!
Check patients in and out at the front desk
Respond to voicemails, emails, texts, and appointment requests very timely
Collect payments and enter them into the practice software, Dentrix Ascend
Maintain HIPAA compliance
Help create a positive, professional clinic environment for everyone!
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of customer service experience
Dental office experience required
Experience with Dentrix Ascend or dental software preferred
Strong multitasking and communication skills
Positive attitude and team mindset
