The Service Quality System Specialist is responsible for driving QMS development, compliance, and continuous improvement across the Services organization. This role focuses on monitoring quality process performance, leading audits, analyzing quality data and KPIs, and supporting problem-solving and process improvements.

This role can be based in Barcelona or Zaragoza (Spain) or Slough (UK). The selected candidate must be comfortable with regular travel to support business and operational requirements.

## What you’ll do:

  • Monitor and improve quality process performance across the Services business.
  • Lead internal and external quality audits, including supplier and subcontractor audits.
  • Ensure compliance with QMS standards, processes, and operational requirements.
  • Investigate recurring issues related to services division and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Define, track, and analyze quality KPIs and reporting metrics.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Deliver quality training and promote best practices across the organization.
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve service quality and customer outcomes.

## Qualifications:

Required Education

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Technical, or a related field.
  • Lean certification (Green Belt minimum) is highly preferred.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Quality, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or Service Quality.

## Skills:

  • Experience managing quality performance through KPI development, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Experience leading internal and external audits and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
  • Experience working in a service-oriented or customer-facing environment.

Technical Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Manufacturing Excellence, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • Experience applying Lean tools to solve operational and process challenges.
  • Hands-on experience in Field Service Engineering activities will be considered a strong benefit.
  • Understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), audits, corrective actions, and quality governance.
  • Experience working with quality data, reporting tools, and performance metrics.
