As an AI Engineer - Senior Manager you will lead software engineering efforts focused on developing innovative software solutions that support digital transformation and improve business performance within our Advisory practice. As a Senior Manager you will lead large projects, shape technical direction, and guide teams through complex work while using sound judgment, clear communication, and coaching to develop capable, diverse, and inclusive teams. In this role at PwC, you will design, code, test, and refine applications, bring strategic thinking to delivery, and contribute to client-facing work that connects technical solutions with broader business needs.

Responsibilities

- Leading AI engineering initiatives that design, build, and test software solutions for client-facing use cases
- Guiding architecture decisions for applications, APIs, microservices, and cloud-based platforms
- Developing machine learning and generative AI capabilities into software products and digital workflows
- Driving code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting across Python, Java, JavaScript, or other programming environments
- Managing application lifecycle planning, continuous integration and delivery, and release coordination
- Translating business requirements into technical designs, functional specifications, and implementation plans
- Validating solution performance, model behavior, and application reliability through structured testing and analysis
- Coaching diverse teams through complex delivery efforts while resolving issues that affect progress and team effectiveness
- Advising clients on AI strategy, technical feasibility, and operating model implications for software delivery
- Applying systems thinking to identify process improvements, reduce delivery risk, and advance scalable engineering approaches

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 12 + years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Deepening knowledge of software engineering, AI fluency, and modern development methods
