- Percentage-based pay: Earn 28%–32% of gross truck revenue
- Annual earnings potential: $100,000-$120,000+
- Excess wait time paid hourly: $38/hour
- Weekend & holiday premium pay: +10%
- Daily per diem: $36–$88 while on the road/company-paid hotel
